At AH Print & Design, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our Refunds and Returns Policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience in case you need to return a product or request a refund.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@ahpd.co.za to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued for items that are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@ahpd.co.za for instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Downloadable software products
- Custom or personalized items, unless defective or damaged
